GenomeVisEngine

We are developing the Data Visualization Engine for Genome data visualization.

Currently, we implemented three representative image models for interpretation of biological data.

Usage For the firsr time, please use NPM command to install the node_moduels and start to run over the cases.

Installation: npm install

Start: npm start

Preview in browser: localhost:8080/
