meetings can have separate year and open age group rankings;
some people could be only listed in open group and in this ways can not be skipped

looked into it:

• reordering results by time manually does not work, because sometimes people are not part of a age group ranking ("guests")
• dsv file has all rankings
• may be solved using rank array with age group rank mapping
