Version 1.1.0 is all about Regex! Behind the scenes, johnnybgoode now uses regex patterns to find and parse folder names, In addition to this, if you so desire, you can now specify a custom regex pattern in the configuration. Now you can fine-tune exactly how the program scans your JohnnyDecimal system.

johnnybgoode's first official release is here!

Please see the docs folder in the repo here for instructions on how to set up and use this tool.

This release includes binaries for Windows, Linux, and MacOS, but only on the x86 architecture, as I do not currently have very good cross-compilation capabilities. These will be included in future releases, but for now, this will have to do. Mac users can run x86 Mac binaries, even on Apple Silicon ARM systems, so very few users are left out. If you are on a system or architecture not included in this release, you will need to build from source.

If you encounter issues, please submit them in the Issues tab.

Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoy johnnybgoode!
