Duplicate event doesn't work

Expected Behavior

When an unauthenticated user triggers a duplicate event via shortcut or right-click, the event should be duplicated and persisted in indexeddb

The same should work when the user is authenticated

Current Behavior

Nothing happens from the user's perspective when the unauthenticated user tries duplicating the event

If the user is authenticated, it also doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the week calendar as an unauthenticated user and try duplicating the event. Notice, nothing will happen.

Here’s what was wrong and what we did.

Cause

duplicateEvent used submit(addId(draft)). For an existing event, determineSubmitAction only returns "CREATE" when there is no _id. After addId, the draft still counts as an “existing” event. If fields match the stored copy, DirtyParser says it isn’t dirty, so the action becomes "DISCARD" — and _id is not part of that check. The flow then discarded and never fired create, so nothing showed up for guests or signed-in users.

Fix

duplicateEvent now always creates a new event: it uses addId → OnSubmitParser → createEventSlice.actions.request (same as the CREATE branch in submit), then discard().
