DSTSToolsCLI v2.0.0-alpha4

First alpha release of the reworked version for Digimon Story: Time Stranger and (albeit untested) Hundred Line: The Last Defense Academy.

Everything is still subject to change, you're expected to be able to use a command line interface yourself.

You can create a structures folder with a structure.json in it, using the same format as it did in v1.0.0, in order to provide custom names for structures.

Changes from alpha1:

• fixed Windows version not working correctly

Changes from alpha2:

• mbeextract will create a folder containing the csv again

Changes from alpha3:

• fixed folders getting too nested
• fixed battle_command.mbe not extracting
