Allow wildcard searching on catalog numbers on public search form

Presently, the public search form only returns exact matches when querying using catalog numbers.

As noted by a user, this search capability would be helpful for collections that use suffixed catalog numbers, whereby searching on "ABC1234%" would return records for ABC1234, ABC1234.1, ABC1234.2, and ABC1234.3.
