Formatting suggestion for recordedBy + associatedCollectors in Darwin Core Archives

Per a SEINet (AZ-NM) user, the Darwin Core example for recordedBy uses pipes, not commas or semi-colons to delimit collector names: https://dwc.tdwg.org/terms/#dwc:recordedBy.
Thus, we could consider reworking how values in recordedBy and associatedCollectors are separated and concatenated when combining them into one field during Darwin Core Archive creation for data publishing.
