Separate the configurations from the code

We currently have the configurations mixed with the code.
It would be better to move them to a separated folder.

so we create a configuration folder within that folder we add the experiments configurations. For now if the experiment has only one file, we add it directly to the folder, otherwise we create a new folder with the experiment (meaningful) name and then add the necessary files in it.

Now we have duplicated configuration. So the next step should be to remove it from the previous place.
