Connection with server timed out loop

Russian government has been trying block a lot of stuff on the internet and it seems like for me Syncplay got caught in the crossfire.

No matter the server, I successfully connect and then in less than a minute I get the following:

Connection with server timed out

A second later I get reconnected and the loop repeats. People from my group outside of Russia don't experience this issue.

Is there a way to maintain the connection? Right now the only solution I have is a nuclear one - use vpn with nekobox tun mode.

This is not something we have any control over. You could try hosting your own Syncplay server on a different port to see if that helps.
