Improvements

• Added scoreboard keyword — branded league picker showing all 5 leagues with ↩ scores and ⌘↩ table
• Added scores:reload keyword — clears all cached data and shows a macOS notification on completion
• User Configuration — customise main keyword, favourite team (shown with ★ in standings), score refresh interval, and goal/card display
• Next fixtures now use date-range scoreboard lookup, showing upcoming games even at end of season
• Goal scorers now merged — players who score twice show as Salah 23' 67' instead of repeating
• Card display simplified to count — 🟨 3 instead of listing individual names
• Layout cleaned up — tighter columns, hotkey visible in canvas

Bug Fixes

• Fixed team stats panel crashing with next5 is not defined error
• Fixed standings showing ++ for positive goal difference
• Fixed schedule endpoint failing silently when all games are completed
• Fixed duplicate fixtures appearing in Next Fixtures section
