New iterance option (every cycle except one)

Is it possible to implement a way to play a note every cycle except one?
The other way around of the current iterance system.

Maybe with a "dot" next to it.
like:

8. of 8 would mean, every cycle except 8th cycle of 8
9. of 7 would mean every cycle except 5th cycle of 7

Hold a note and press select to access note parameters

Or hold an audition pad and press select to access row parameters

What about specific ranges?

I would like to play certain stuff on iteration 2,3,4 but not on 1.

Maybe if theres some option like

Custom range: [2,3,4]
