AlarmClockXtreme is an Android alarm clock with 19 dismiss challenges, a YouTube alarm-sound downloader, a weather and sunrise dashboard, smart wake, and hooks into Hue, Spotify and Tasker. No ads, no tracking, no accounts, deep dark theme because it's an app you look at in the dark.

v1.15.32 closed a hole that mattered: alarm dismissal now locks until the challenge state is actually known, so a well-timed tap can't slip past a challenge before it loads. Before that, 1.15.31 added a warning when total-silence Do Not Disturb would mute your alarms, which is the kind of failure you only discover by oversleeping.

Roadmap highlights: stall detection for alarm audio, and snoozing to a specific time instead of a fixed interval.

An alarm app has exactly one job and the punishment for failing it is severe, so reliability reports outrank feature requests here. If an alarm ever fails to fire or fails to sound, that's an immediate issue with your device model and Android version.
