v1.45.0, and an honest note about the installer

OpenCut is a Premiere Pro extension that does the jobs people usually pay monthly for: silence cutting straight to the timeline, stem separation, voice cloning, animated captions, local LLM highlight detection, multi-platform social export. Core features run locally with no API keys and no usage caps. Cloud providers, downloads and uploads are optional and explicitly marked as network features.

Source sits at v1.45.0 and moves quickly. Now the honest part: the newest public installer is v1.25.1 from April, which is well behind the source tree. Closing that gap properly is a priority item on the roadmap, and "properly" includes proving that an upgrade from the old installer preserves your local state, which is exactly the kind of thing that goes wrong silently if you don't test for it. If you build from source, you're current. If you're on the installer, nothing is wrong with it, but the good stuff is ahead of you.

Recent releases mostly bought reliability. A fresh clone reproduces the documented build. Command palette entries resolve to real controls. The route manifest in the README is generated from the live app, so the advertised feature count is the shipped feature count, not the aspirational one.
