YouTube Player Blocked After Playing 3 Videos

Description:
A pop-up appears on YouTube stating that the YouTube player will be blocked after playing 3 videos. The script that should intercept the YouTube page does not appear to be running properly in Tampermonkey.

How to Reproduce:

1. Install the provided JavaScript using Tampermonkey.
2. Open YouTube and check Tampermonkey status on the page.
3. Notice that Tampermonkey does not show the script as running to intercept the YouTube page.
4. Confirm that there is only one user script active in Tampermonkey.

Expected Behavior:
The Tampermonkey script should run on the YouTube page and intercept the player as intended.

Actual Behavior:
A pop-up appears stating that the YouTube player will be blocked after playing 3 videos, and the Tampermonkey script does not appear to be running on the page.
