If the query parameter direction (values IN, OUT, BOTH - ignore case) is used, relationships can be filtered by incoming/outgoing/both. If no query parameter is specified, the default behavior is BOTH as earlier.
Swagger doc needs to be updated to show the direction query parameter in relationship endpoint.
