  • BVR9P87 sonar: document shelf controls and plugin tabs

  • Audit every page against 2.0.7 Bring the wiki in line with what main ships: - Signal line skin, the Aphotic greeter as the login screen, Capsule as the fresh-install default - guided setup, release channels, --keep-sddm, snapshot recovery and failure reports; the installer builds yay and installs Hyprland itself - Flow, inference mode, the Alt+Tab switcher, launcher ? ! = modes, the plugin runtime API, chat-provider, and which capabilities 2.0.7 hosts - release notes for 2.0.1, 2.0.2, 2.0.5, 2.0.6 and 2.0.7 Also corrects what each update command covers, the custom.lua example (Lua, not hyprlang), module names in Build a Plugin, the plugin roster, profile and layer contents, and several dead README links.

  • Refresh drifted pages: five bar styles, notch, workspace host, plugin roster Bar Styles/Supported Features/Home/Getting Started/Keybindings/CLI Reference still described four bar styles; Capsule shipped a while back. Added it everywhere, plus its own section on Bar Styles. The notch (Processes tile, Commands palette, plugin tiles) and the SUPER+SHIFT+W plugin workspace host had zero coverage anywhere. Both get a section on Supported Features now, with a roster row and surface-kind entry on Plugin System for the workspace host (Agent Audit is the first plugin using it). Plugin System's roster was missing Agent Audit and the Deep Signal Screensaver plugin (13 of 15), and Desktop Pet's entry hadn't kept up with its action menu or free placement. Added the missing ui.* surface kinds (workspace, pet_action, fullscreen-overlay) and the action capability. Renamed Agent-Graph to Agentic-Workflows and broadened it to cover Agent Audit and the Agent Notch Tile too, not just the one dashboard tab. Updated every cross-reference across the wiki. Installation was missing the --with-greetd-preview flag entirely, and the Settings table skipped the Language and Launcher categories. New: a Why page explaining the actual problem (a game and a local model fighting over the same GPU with nothing arbitrating), and a Resource-Engine page mirroring the design doc publicly for the first time -- this was already tracked as RES-02 in the roadmap and hadn't shipped.

  • Add a Build a Plugin tutorial, link it from Home and Plugin System

  • Add Proxmox test VM page Covers the guest settings that actually work, read off the running dev VM. VirtIO-GPU is the setting people will get wrong.

  • Document plugin architecture: new Plugin System page, fix remaining v2.0.0 staleness Adds a dedicated Plugin System wiki page (manifest format, capability model, plugin roster, CLI). Fixes Agent-Graph.md, Supported-Features.md, Security.md, Profiles-and-Layers.md, and Command-Center.md to describe the current opt-in plugin model instead of the pre-v2.0.0 automatic hook wiring, removes stale Ollama-as-harness mentions, and adds the missing v2.0.0 entry to Release-Notes.md.

  • Fix stale wizard-by-default claims; add packages command, iso caveat Home.md, Getting-Started.md, and Installation.md still described ./install.sh with no flags as launching an interactive wizard -- wrong since the modular plugin architecture merge (aphotic-hypr PR #51): bare install.sh now installs the daily-driver setup with zero prompts, the wizard is opt-in via --opt-in. Fixed all three to describe current behavior. Architecture.md's tree comment and prose both had the same staleness, plus its own: it claimed install.sh still merges Claude Code hook entries into ~/.claude/settings.json automatically and removes them on de-select. That's been an opt-in harness-hook plugin (claude-hooks/codex-hooks/opencode-hooks/agent-graph) since the same merge, not install.sh behavior. Also dropped the tree's now-wrong agentgraph/ core-module line -- it's an external plugin now. CLI-Reference.md: added `aphotic packages check`/`set-timer` (new this session, aphotic-hypr PR #55). Added an honest caveat to the `aphotic iso build` entries -- the command exists but errors out on purpose until a real archiso profile exists at iso/profile/, which nobody has authored; the page previously presented it as if it already worked.

  • Consolidate the remaining stale pages, delete redundant/fabricated ones Full audit of everything the previous pass missed. Most of these pages were still branded Noctis-Hypr, and several were loaded with fabricated filler that was never true of this project -- invented "Professional Support" tiers, fake community forums/Discord, made-up books/courses, fictional dated changelog entries, SaaS-style "Community Adoption" metrics. This is a solo/community project with exactly one real support channel (GitHub Issues); anything implying otherwise is gone. Deleted outright (content either fully fabricated or fully redundant with a page that already covers the ground more accurately): - FAQ-Technical.md -- duplicated Architecture/Theming/CLI-Reference/ Troubleshooting, which already have the real depth - Development-Guide.md -- merged into Contributing.md - Changelog.md -- fabricated version history duplicating Release-Notes.md, which is sourced from real commits - Examples.md -- merged into Advanced-Usage.md Rewritten to be real and current: - FAQ.md -- fixed branding, verified every claim, cut vague/fabricated sections, links out to deep pages instead of duplicating them - Contributing.md -- now a short wiki-native front door that defers to the real CONTRIBUTING.md in-repo for the actual rules, instead of a second copy that drifts out of sync - Advanced-Usage.md -- merged with Examples.md, every command verified against the real CLI - Resources.md / Support.md -- trimmed to real links/credits and the one real support channel (GitHub Issues) - Project-Status.md -- short and honest: current version, links to Release Notes and the real Roadmap instead of invented metrics - Troubleshooting.md -- fixed noctis-branded CLI examples, a nonexistent --verbose/--status flag, a fabricated Hyprland-restart keybind, and a wrong repo directory name Home.md's Quick Links reorganized into four groups (Start here / Using Aphotic / Reference / Help & contributing) now that the page count is sane -- 23 pages, down from 27, with zero overlap between any two.

  • Redo config/setup/architecture pages, migrate docs/wiki-pending into the wiki Getting-Started, Installation, Keybindings, Supported-Features, and Profiles-and-Layers were already current -- this pass covers everything else that still carried Noctis-Hypr-era branding or content that had drifted from what actually shipped: - Architecture: rebuilt the repo-layout tree against the real repo, added the agentgraph/ module and agent_hook.py/.sh that were missing - Theming: full rewrite -- wallust pipeline, theme.toml schema, the wallpaper pool + fetch-extra flow, Thunar/SDDM integration - Compatibility: rewrote against the real README/stack, dropped fabricated version-support tables that were never real - Security: merged docs/wiki-pending/exploit-layer.md in -- sublayer taxonomy, BlackArch risk, the disclaimer flow - Design-Principles: branding fix only, content was already accurate Migrated three maintainer-drafted docs out of docs/wiki-pending/ that were written for the wiki but never landed: - Command-Center.md (new) -- from COMMAND_CENTER.md, written against what's actually shipped rather than that doc's draft/unimplemented proposal where the two diverged - CLI-Reference.md (new) -- rebuilt from the real cmd_*.sh annotations, the source cli.md was stale (missing several real commands, listing shipped ones as stubs); folds in terminal_games.md - Bar-Styles.md (new) -- from bar-styles.md, full per-style option reference Also fixed a real accuracy bug while reviewing: Installation.md and Supported-Features.md both conflated two separate backup systems -- install.sh/uninstall.sh's automatic ~/.config-backup/ snapshot (governed by --no-backup/--keep-backups) versus the separate, manual `aphotic backup` CLI's ~/.local/state/aphotic/backups/. Split the Installation.md section in two and corrected the Supported-Features.md line. Home.md now links every page above. All internal [Page](Page) links verified to resolve; every touched page's remaining "Noctis" mention is the intentional one-time historical footnote.

  • Document the Agent Graph feature and its opt-in ai layer Adds a new Agent-Graph page covering what the live agentic-workflow graph is, exactly how the ai-layer opt-in works (wizard preset menu, --with ai, what install.sh actually wires up and how to undo it), and what is/isn't collected. Links it in from Home and Supported Features. Also brings Profiles-and-Layers and Release-Notes back in line with reality: the ai layer's description was Ollama-only and missed the Claude Code hook wiring entirely; the exploit layer and its sublayer taxonomy weren't documented at all; and Release-Notes' version history was fabricated placeholder content (wrong dates, invented features) left over from before the project was renamed Aphotic-Hypr -- replaced with an accurate history sourced from the repo's own version-bump commits. Note: most other wiki pages still carry heavy Noctis-Hypr-era content (CLI examples, references) predating the rename -- out of scope for this pass, flagged separately.

  • Rebrand Noctis-Hypr -> Aphotic, refresh front-door pages against current repo The wiki dated back to 2023 and was never updated through the project's rename (Noctis-Hypr -> Aphotic-Hypr) or the huge amount of feature work since -- 261 "Noctis" mentions across all 24 pages, a wrong clone URL, wrong CLI namespace (`noctis` vs `aphotic`), a wrong backup directory path, a bar description covering only 1 of the 4 now-shipped styles, and the whole third/fourth "identity" (security research, exploit layer) missing entirely. Rewrote the five highest-traffic pages grounded in the actual current README/keybinds.lua/install.sh/profiles, not just renamed: - Home: four identities (was three), corrected feature summary - Installation: correct clone URL, all real install.sh flags including --accept-exploit-disclaimer/--with-assistant/--no-assistant, correct aphotic.toml/backup paths and aphotic backup subcommands (create/list/revert/clean, not the guessed restore/prune) - Getting-Started: same fixes, plus terminal games/theming CLI examples that actually match the current commands - Keybindings: full rewrite from the real keybinds.lua -- was missing most of the shell's own IPC-bound keys entirely (Command Center, Settings, Intelligence, DND, all four screen-capture picker variants, eyedropper, bar-style cycling, media keys, group nav, workspace scratchpad cycling, window pin) - Supported-Features: full rewrite covering all four bar styles, the Settings control center's real category list, Intelligence, AI Chat, the plugin system, and the terminal games' persisted high scores Remaining ~19 pages still need the same pass -- tracked as a follow-up, not attempted here.
