There are two versions available:
AFM v1.10.zip - Normal release, you need to install .NET Runtime from microsoft's website.
AFM v1.10 with .NET Runtime bundled.zip - Standalone release with .NET bundled, you dont need to install anything separately, at the cost of disk space usage.
