Redesigned tuner script. Tunes vehicle relative to their original settings. Saves default settings too.
Drag t3_tunerchip into your server's resources folder and add
ensure t3_tunerchipto your server.cfg.
Run the relevant .sql to update your vehicles table.
Select your correct framework in the config.lua.
Restart your server.
