Image Cropping Aspect Ratio Presets

Is there a way to edit the presets when selecting the aspect ratio to crop into? For example, there is 9:18.5 and 9:20 supported as presets, but not 9:19.5. I could set a custom aspect ratio but I need to input that every time I want to crop to that ratio.

If this feature does not exist, please some way to add your own aspect ratios for cropping.
