I had hoped this would be v3.12.0, because I thought v3.12.0-alpha.? deployed well on https://pprd.ecep.tacc.utexas.edu, but this branch does not deploy well now, and I can't confirm what commit had.

The following websites are still down because of trying to deploy this CMS image:

• https://pprd.ecep.tacc.utexas.edu
  ^{(deployed via https://github.com/TACC/Core-CMS-Custom and https://github.com/TACC/Core-CMS-Resources)}
  Revert of the deploy still serves 500.
• https://dev.fronteraweb.tacc.utexas.edu
  ^{(deployed via https://github.com/TACC/Core-CMS-Resources)}
  Revert of the deploy still serves 500.

The following websites had been down because of trying to deploy this CMS image:

  Revert of the deploy fixed the 500.

I merge so it is clear that main branch is broken, and when, and so there is a paper trail for all the v3.12.0 alpha releases thus far.
