App Update + Review Pop-up

Overview

There are a lot of bugs that exist in the previous builds. It would be ideal for user's to update their app before proceeding with the application. In this case, on the home screen check if the app is on the latest build and redirect to the app store.

I also think we can get more reviews for the app by prompting user's to review along with this popup? or maybe after a few day do the pop up

Task

• Create a pop-up to alert that the user is out of date and redirect them to app store
• Review pop up using expo

User Story

As a user, I want to be notifed when an update is released so that I can have the most updated app without bugs

Added a document in firebase called config/global and stores the "latestVersion" field as a string with the format "x.x.x"
