UI Edition v3.8.31

UI Edition 3.8.31 updates the AI Providers settings while preserving the existing chat layout, styles, icons, and interactions. This release selectively backports improvements onto UI Edition 3.8.30.

• Add collapsible provider cards with logos, configuration summaries, grouped connection fields, and compact model rows.
• Fix clipped provider names and summaries caused by Zotero’s native button height limit.
• Finish OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic streams on protocol terminal events instead of waiting for the connection to close.
• Use short hashed MinerU upload filenames to avoid oversized output paths; source PDF filenames remain unchanged.

Validation: 2,657 unit tests passed (1 skipped); native Zotero provider-settings checks, TypeScript checks, and production build passed. No live provider or MinerU service calls were made.

Install llm-for-zotero-ui.xpi, or use Zotero’s add-on update check.
