bevy-butler 0.6.1

bevy-butler's parsing has been completely overhauled to use deluxe, which should make maintenance and improvements much easier in the long run.

Breaking Changes

• Many macros have been changed to prevent conflicts with Bevy's derive helpers, and to better communicate their purpose.
  • observer -> add_observer
  • resource -> insert_resource
  • system -> add_system
  • event -> add_event
• add_to_plugin and add_to_group have been replaced with add_plugin for annotating Plugins and add_plugin_group for annotating PluginGroups
• config_systems! and system_set! have been removed because they were very complex, poorly implemented, and did not work well with rust analyzer.
• add_system's pipe_in argument now requires square brackets (i.e. pipe_in = [system1, system2])
• register_type's type_data argument now requires square brackets (i.e. type_data = [type1, type2])
• build, finish and cleanup arguments have been removed from butler_plugin, as they were an early hack before annotated impl Plugin blocks were implemented.

This was the biggest release I've ever made, so please report any issues that pop up!
