- 5cfb6a0 Allow the 'dir' attribute to be set for func bids file names (CLZ uses dir-AP/PA with rest)
- b3fc9c0 Stop a filename parsing error from crashing export for an entire session.
- de5f811 Catch the correct exception when no XnatPort has been provided
CLZ scans have REST-AP and REST-PA scans and need to define the 'dir' attribute for bids data. This updates datman/scanid to stop exceptions from being encountered for these scans.
