Currently BidsExporter is not properly detecting when a repeat session comes in. This updates BidsExporter.export() to add the repeat numbers to the json side cars and to run dcm2bids with force-dcm2niix when the session is a repeat. It also updates BidsExporter.outputs_exist() to take into account these repeat numbers when deciding if all outputs have been created.
