Request: Touching timed-lyric sets the playtime to that time.

As title states. I think it would be cool if you could touch a timed lyric and jump to where it plays like how YT Music does for it's lyrics.

Might not be getting implemented any time soon though, as I now have little interest in maintaining Phocid due to Google locking down Android sideloading.
