Project History

This project was created as an open source final project in CSCI-49XX at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Origins

The core 5 members all knew each other beforehand, and decided that working on a project together would be fun. After mulling over ideas about creating Twitter bots and other mayhem-inducing projects, the idea for a party game, the same as one played in many improv groups around the world, was brought up. The idea stuck, and the project was proposed.

Current State

The project is a multi-week final project for the Open Source class listed above, and as such is being continually worked on. The goal of the team was to have a MVP (minimum viable product) by the end of the semester, consisting of a lobby where users can chat and participate in the game, and allow for many connections at once. Future efforts are listed on the Future Roadmap page, which includes possibilities for where the project may one day end up.
