0801 cap empty

• #671-track-error-500-trm-empty-compile-js

問題描述 ::

[track] 當比對不到網址會吐出 error 500; 當比對不到網址時需要回一個空的 trm.empty.compile.js 讓他看起來正常。

實作 ::

• trm 套件新增 cap_empty_trm.coffee
• grunt compile

Test ::

• track: npm start
• 改 DB pmd_track (triggerwebsiteinfo) 的 URL
• 在 track test 資料夾下 http-server 讓 pixelTestIndex.html 跑起來
• 在 Network 確認是否回傳內容為空的 trm.compile.js
