This PR adds an integration test, executing the script on a small dummy source and object tree and comparing the generated results with predefined target results.
This integration test also validates the reproducibility of the generated output documents.

This example should not live in /sbom, as it should not be contributed.

moved integration tests out of the sbom directory into top level.
