Support passive data segments

The issue with "Only one memory is allowed" errors, even though there is only one defined, are caused by wrong handling of passive data segments. In fact currently WARDuino seems not to support passive data segments at all.

This is not a bug after all. Passive data segments are part of the Bulk memory operations (#300) proposal. Compiling the R3 files with the correct command shows this.
