calc_ALL missing some signatures

calc_ALL doesn't calculate all the signatures and missing

• A few groundwater signatures RY4GIT@02cc250
• A few overlandflow signatures RY4GIT@f393689 and RY4GIT@d977e26

I am going to add these this weekend

calc_ALL is a function that calculates all signatures included in the TOSSH box.

Whenever you add a new signature, make sure to update calc_ALL as well 🙂
