Providing an exe TROLLv4

This exe file results from the compilation of the .cpp file of TROLL 4.0 (mainTROLL4.0.cpp), using the following command line:

g++ -O3 -Wall -o TROLLv4_exe mainTROLL4.0.cpp -I GSL_PATH/include -L GSL_PATH/lib -lgsl -lgslc

(where GSL_PATH points to the local GNU Scientific Library (GSL) installation).
