Release 14.0.0-beta3

Maintenance release of EXT:solr for TYPO3 14 LTS — removes the temporary guzzlehttp/psr7 <2.10.0 pin introduced in 14.0.0-beta2 now that the upstream fix is available.

Highlights

• [TASK] Remove guzzlehttp/psr7 <2.10.0 pin — guzzlehttp/guzzle 7.10.2 ships the upstream fix ("Use string values for headers generated by request preparation and response decoding"): Content-Length is now cast to a string in PrepareBodyMiddleware, so spec-compliant PSR-7 implementations like TYPO3\CMS\Core\Http\Message accept it. The workaround pin from beta2 is no longer needed; guzzlehttp/psr7 is pulled in transitively via guzzlehttp/guzzle again. (@dkd-kaehm, #4660)
