New query tab resets active database to connection default #1043

Description

What happened?

I have MySQL with two (or more) databases. The default connection configuration connects to database A. When I try to switch to database B using the "Open database" command (Command+K), database B becomes active. But afterwards, when I create a new query tab (Command+T), the active database switches back to database A.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a connection configuration and set default open database
  2. Connect it and using command + K change to other database
  3. using command + T try to create a new query tab

Expected behavior

Keep current active database and create a query tab
