PluginKit error after updating

What happened?

After updating from v0.42.0 to v0.43.0, the following error occurs:

The following plugins were rejected:

CloudflareD1DriverPlugin: Plugin was built with PluginKit version 12, but version 13 is required. Please update the plugin.

You can update them from the plugin registry in Settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install version 0.42.0
2. Install D1 plugin (PluginKit version 12)
3. Update to 0.43.0
4. Observe the error

No error (and automatic migration/plugin update?)

Same with duckdb plugin... and there's now no way to use TablePro. Even if I downgrade to 0.42, I still get an error This plugin requires TablePro 0.43.0 or later

I also tried downgrading to 0.42 and installing a previous version of the DuckDB plugin v1.0.22 from the GH releases page, but it still gives the error Plugin requires PluginKit version 13, but app provides version 12. I tried v1.0.21 as well.

When you try to download and install a plugin manually from the GH releases, I'm not sure if the app just ignores it and checks against the registry at https://github.com/TableProApp/plugins, which looks to have been updated to only include new versions of all the plugins.

Ok, if you downgrade to 0.42, then download the old version of DuckDB plugin from https://github.com/TableProApp/TablePro/releases/tag/plugin-duckdb-v1.0.22, you can sort of make it work if you're willing to work through some Apple security checks.

1. Manually copy the old plugin to to ~/Library/Application Support/TablePro/Plugins/DuckDBDriver.tableplugin.
2. Open TablePro, and it will complain that it can't open the plugin and try to get you to move it to the Trash.
3. Don't move it to the Trash.
4. Quit TablePro.
5. Go to System Settings -> Privacy & Security, and there should be an entry near the bottom, and you should see something like this. Click Open Anyway, and go through the password requests.

6. Open TablePro again, and it should work,

I'm guessing you can do something similar for CloudflareD1DriverPlugin.

This makes me think that TablePro itself really is checking the registry at https://github.com/TableProApp/plugins even for manual installs.
