bug: Duplicate SQLite driver appears in plugin list

What happened?

The plugin list shows two identical SQLite drivers.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the settings
2. Go to the plugin
3. Observe that SQLite appears twice

Expected behavior

Only one SQLite driver should be listed.

I don’t see Uninstall there.

Could you try removing the plugin from the user plugins directory?

rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/TablePro/Plugins/SQLiteDriverPlugin.tableplugin

Then restart TablePro and see if it fixes the issue.
