JDK 8 读取 Reflex 类缓存时会触发 ByteBuffer API 兼容问题，因此回退为即时扫描以避免第二次启动崩溃。同时收窄 ClassAppender 的异常包装范围，保留回调中的真实根因，便于继续定位加载问题。
