Feedback: Docking behavior and Scroll position persistence

I love the product so far!

Here are some UI issues I'm running into:

1. Intermittent Docking Issues:
When the Assistant generates an artifact (C# script or DAX query), it occasionally opens it in a brand-new dock section, splitting the screen. I have my AI Assistant docked as a tab with the Expression Editor; I would prefer artifacts to simply open as a new tab in the active or main document dock.

2. Chat Scroll Position Not Persisting:
Whenever I switch away from the AI Assistant and then return to it, the chat window resets to the very top of the conversation. I have to manually scroll down to the bottom every time to see the latest messages. It would be great if the scroll position stayed at the bottom (most recent message).
