feat: add role-trusts hints and command output examples

Summary

• add role-trusts operator signal and next-review hints for ownership review, privilege confirmation, and outside-tenant follow-up
• generate trimmed command-output examples for shipped commands and the credential-path chain family
• add regression coverage for role-trusts hint output and generated example artifacts

Validation

• pre-push guardrail suite: 238 passed, 2 deselected
