Documentation, brought up to depth.

  • Rewrote both READMEs (EN + KO) into a full, detailed doc modeled on the PAIDEIA repo: the forge/compiler metaphor + distributional convergence, a 'what generic AI-UI tools can't do' comparison table, the load-bearing principle (slop is a build error), the stage-by-stage forge cycle, the five directions/kits, install + the create-uiforge bootstrap, repository layout, a commands table, an under-the-hood section (the Gate · kits · the adversarial loop · provenance), design convictions, FAQ, and attribution.
  • Fixed the image cache: renamed the proof to docs/proof-v3-f-to-a.png (a new URL) so GitHub's camo cache serves the current F→A+ comparison, not the stale one.

All links + anchors verified; passes claude plugin validate --strict.
