First fullscreen does not render right side panel

Arch Linux, current master branch under Wayland Plasma -

First fullscreen always renders cut off, all follow-up fullscreening works correctly.

It seems to be part of a saved state somehow, as I was not able to reproduce it at some point until I deleted my user-data again.

EDIT: Happens due to max_window_tex which is X Y max render size of a texture and we increment it by 1K whenever Tauon is resized and we hit the threshold, however it does not seem to take maximizing into account for some reason.
