Context
The roadmap explicitly keeps SAT/IELTS/TOEFL, tutor tiers, feedback/ratings, and optional transactional email out of the locked MVP. These should be planned only after the O/A tutoring MVP is stable and generating revenue.
Acceptance criteria
- Decide whether Phase 2 starts with program expansion, tutor tiers, feedback/ratings, email notifications, or a smaller experiment.
- Define required data-model changes for program types/offerings before adding new exam categories.
- Preserve the managed-service model: admin-approved matching remains the quality gate.
- Identify which items should become implementation issues only after launch metrics support them.
- Update
docs/ROADMAP.md and product docs with the chosen Phase 2 sequence.
