sotfs_modengine3

This is modengine3 for sotfs. There aren't many changes to the ds3modengine source code, just enough to get it to compile locally for me so I could upload a release package. Prior to this, there was only the ds2alpha release; this package allows the extra capabilities that kata made for ds3 to be available to ds2, such as chain loading. Again, I can't stress how little I did to make this compile for me-

ALL the hardwork was done by kata and ALL the credit is his.

That said, if there are bugs, bug me, not him. Poor guy has enough on his plate without worrying about bugs from ds2.
