Error processing math when speech rate is set to 0

There is an error processing math when speech rate is set to 0.
It causes the problem for Multilang speech synthesizer that is used for automatic language switching.

Precondition

NVDA is running with MathCat add-on installed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the attached HTML file or any web page containing math expression.
2. Set speech rate to 0 in voice settings

Actual behavior

There is an error when navigating to math expression

Expected behavior

Math expression is read and displayed correctly.

Reproduced on

NVDA 2025.3.1.
MathCat v0.7.5.

Logs

I made a log with eSpeak NG speech synthesizer with it's rate set to 0, I can make a log with Multilang speech synthesizer if required.

@NSoiffer Thank you for fixing the issue! Will it be included in the new version of MathCAT or it is needed to wait for NVDA 2026.1 release?
