Summary

Migrate the Changesets changelog generator from @svitejs/changesets-changelog-github-compact to the official @changesets/changelog-github package. Future changelog entries will use the official Changesets GitHub layout instead of the compact suffix layout.

Changes

• Updated .changeset/config.json to use @changesets/changelog-github.
• Preserved the repo option and added disableThanks: true.
• Replaced the root dev dependency with @changesets/changelog-github ^0.7.0.
• Refreshed pnpm-lock.yaml.

Notes

• pnpm install --lockfile-only completed with warnings only.
• Full dependency install and Changesets runtime checks were blocked by the environment running out of disk space (ERR_PNPM_ENOSPC).

Verification

• pnpm install --lockfile-only
• git grep -n "@svitejs/changesets-changelog-github-compact" -- . ":!node_modules" || true
• Confirmed @changesets/changelog-github appears in .changeset/config.json, package.json, and pnpm-lock.yaml.
• pnpm install and pnpm exec changeset status --since=main attempted, but blocked by ERR_PNPM_ENOSPC.
