fix(solid-query): Fix Infinite Query SSR payload

Fixes #6312

This was a bug in the codebase that was trying to send the functions fetchPreviousPage and fetchNextPage functions as SSR payload. And functions (as we all know it) cannot be serialized over the wire. I have fixed the error and tested it out. Works now
