unit conversions

I am confused as to how unit conversions work. according to https://reddit.com/r/selfhosted/comments/14fa40w/tandoor_15_food_properties_unit_conversion_and/ , it can automatically convert between volume units. Suppose an ingredient in a recipe is entered as cups. on the view recipe page, is there a toggle to view the amount in ml instead?

I see that there is a "automation" and "unit conversions" pages. both of these pages are empty with no conversions, how do I enable "Tandoor can now convert between all common weight and volume units automatically"?

in /list/unit-conversion/ how to add a conversion without a food?

all standard conversions between weight and volume units are included automatically. You only need to add conversions between volume and weight specific to foods or special conversions (like 1 pcs of bana is 200g).

Conversions are currently only used for property calculation, toggleing visibility is not yet supported but is planned for the future.
