Decide if using modification date for TaskWarrior hooks is really the right idea.

I think the entry date should probably be used instead. After all, modifications happen with something as simple as reviewing the task list. Resetting relative priority on simple modifications makes no sense.

I should add some kind of "votes" bit to allow modifying that to change priority.
