Editor V2: Improve affordance of task color selection control

Summary

Improve the affordance of the task color selection control so it's clearly clickable — e.g. a small icon overlay or hover state — especially when the current color is white on a white background.

Rationale

From the Apr 21 CSOM sync: the default color is white, which renders on a white background and gives the swatch effectively zero visual presence. Users don't realize it's interactive.

Acceptance

• Color swatch has a clear clickable affordance at rest (e.g. small chevron/paint icon).
• Affordance is visible regardless of the currently selected color (including white).
• Hover and focus states are distinct.
