Minor wording change to description; Match "Higher number is better" style by flipping answer order.
Added curb, footway, sidewalk, and crosswalk quests
Updated quest wording, removed quest dependency quest and free-form answer quest

@wilsonn7uw I will merge this once the updates to the SDF Quest List that we discussed earlier today are reflected in the quest definition. |
Matched quest language to SDF Quest List, restructure all quest with "negative" answers first, rename some tags to match existing json, added picture links to quests without them
Fixed several incorrect image links
